WHAT WE DO
Real Estate Data
Proprietary datasets on distressed real estate, built for speed and accuracy where it matters most.
Foreclosure filings delivered days after they are commenced — not months.
By the time a new foreclosure appears on a competitor's platform, it is typically 60 to 90 days old. The owner has already been contacted. The lender has already been approached. Whatever opportunity existed has usually been taken.
We work from the court filings themselves. Every Monday morning, subscribers receive every foreclosure action commenced in New York State the previous week, in the counties they follow — with the filing date, the property, the parties, and the case detail needed to act on it that same day.
We also compile data on Chapter 11 real estate bankruptcies throughout the country.
Why we are faster
- We source from the courts, not from aggregators. Cases are captured where and when they are commenced, so nothing waits on a downstream feed.
- We compile weekly, every week. The file is in your inbox Monday morning, covering the week just ended.
- We cover every county you follow. Statewide New York coverage; subscribe to the whole state or only the counties you work in.
